Terms of Use

Agreement and eligibility
By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with applicable law.
Product direction and availability
Treefiny is currently presented as a product direction and private alpha. This site may describe concepts, intended safeguards, planned workflows, illustrations, or roadmap ideas. They may change and are not a promise that a feature, launch date, price, or availability will remain unchanged.
Ownership and permitted use
The site, identity, design, code, text, illustrations, trademarks, and other content are owned by StoneToned, Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access it for lawful informational use.
You may not copy, mirror, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create a derivative service from this site or its content without written permission, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted.
Acceptable use and security
You may not probe, scan, test, or bypass security controls; send malware, abusive traffic, or automated submissions; impersonate another person; infringe another person’s rights; submit unlawful material; or place unreasonable load on the site, form API, email systems, or providers.
Do not use the waitlist form to submit private knowledge, credentials, regulated information, or content other than an email address you control.
Waitlist and communications
The waitlist is an informational communication channel, not a guarantee of product access or a contract to launch Treefiny. You are responsible for providing an email address you control. Duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or automated submissions may be rejected.
Communications follow the choices described in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe or request deletion or suppression at any time.
Third-party links
The site links to research, source material, and services operated by other organizations. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. StoneToned is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or processing outside its control.
Availability and disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneToned disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a particular result.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneToned will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the site.
You agree to use the site lawfully and reimburse StoneToned for reasonable costs arising from unlawful use, breach of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights, only to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, suspension, and governing law
We may update these terms, change the site, or suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product decisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where that effect is permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to StoneToned, Inc. without limiting mandatory consumer protections or a lawful right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
