This policy applies to treefiny.com, its private-alpha waitlist, and related launch communications. StoneToned, Inc. is the controller or business responsible for information collected through this site.

The future Treefiny product may publish an additional product privacy notice before it processes private knowledge graphs, imported sources, model interactions, or account data. That notice will control for those product features.

Depending on how you interact with this site, we may collect your email address and Treefiny waitlist choice; confirmation, unsubscribe, source-page, and delivery events; technical and security data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamp, and request path; and information you send when contacting us or exercising a privacy right.

We ask only for information needed for the interaction. Do not submit private notes, research material, credentials, health information, or other sensitive content through the waitlist form.

We use information to operate and secure the site, manage the Treefiny waitlist, send the product-specific updates you requested, respond to questions, prevent abuse, maintain necessary audit records, comply with law, and protect people and systems.

Depending on the interaction, our legal basis may be consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

The Treefiny waitlist is separate from the StoneToned newsletter and other product lists. Joining it does not silently subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Confirmation should occur before product updates are sent, and promotional messages should include an unsubscribe path.

This site stores only the light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage when you change it. That device-local preference is not sent to StoneToned by the theme control.

The static site does not currently enable advertising cookies or analytics. Hosting, CDN, and form security systems may still process limited technical request logs needed for reliable and secure operation. If optional analytics are introduced, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before they are enabled where consent is required.

We may use providers to host, secure, operate, deliver, and support the site and its communications. They may process information only for our instructions and the services they provide.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with StoneToned affiliates, authorities, or transaction partners when legally required or reasonably necessary to operate a product, protect rights and safety, or complete a financing, merger, restructuring, or asset transaction subject to appropriate protections.

StoneToned, Inc. is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or another country where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including delivery, security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. We review retention and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.

Deletion requests will be handled without undue delay where required and technically feasible. Limited information may be retained when required by law, needed for legal claims, or necessary to prevent fraud. A suppression record may remain so we do not contact you again.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to be informed, access or receive a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, transport security, validation, provider controls, rate limits, and abuse monitoring. No internet service is completely secure.

This site is not directed to children under 13, or the higher age required by local law. We may update this policy as the product and legal obligations change; the date above will change with material revisions.
